Shipping Policy

Mercirugs ships Australia-wide, to all regions in ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, NT, WA, and Tasmania. Free shipping applies to all orders within these regions. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes only to house addresses.

The shipping process will be;

Processing time: 1-2 Business Days

Shipping time: 3-5 business days

Your order tracking number will be available after the order is dispatched. You can track where your package is with the tracking number.

We collaborate with FedEx to send your packages on time. Once the order is placed, you can still update your shipping address by giving us your order number. However, when it is dispatched, we can’t update the shipping address. Therefore, if you are unavailable during the estimated delivery time, please contact the courier to hold your package at the storage point until you can pick it up.
