I recently purchased the Vague Memories Moonstone Beige Washable Rug from Merci Rugs, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
The rug is incredibly soft, and the colour is exactly as shown in the website photos. It looks beautiful in my home.
The rug pad was shipped separately and was unfortunately stolen after the delivery driver left it at my front door. After I sent the team my CCTV footage, they responded promptly and arranged a replacement rug pad, which arrived the very next day.
This level of customer service is rare these days. Their responsiveness and willingness to help were truly outstanding.

Is ok quality for the price. Kind of thin without the slip underneath. Best thing is you can customise the measurements, so that’s a big bonus. Washable and durable. $600 for a 3x4 rug, best option I’d seen, but again quality is ok.
The washable rug is a game changer. I accidentally spilt milk on it and gave it a wash. The rug maintained its quality. Delivery was fast and price was competitive. Well worth the investment.
So far so good. The item arrived promptly, I managed to spread it out on its base and I really like the way it looks. Of course I don't know yet how things will go further down the line, for instance when I think it needs washing.
Benny loves wriggling around on this rug! Good thing the rug doesn't pick up dog fur that much, and is easy to spot clean. The rug edges are curled when it arrives, so I called the customer service. After rolling it the other way and ironing (their advice), the rug looks great. Overall, a good rug and decent customer service experience.
The rug I ordered is so beautiful and amazing quality! However, the rug pad got shipped separately to the rug and just due to the postie it got lost and returned to sender. I emailed the team and they were so kind and understanding and had confirmed the order and sent a new rug pad out right away. Such a lovely and easy process!
We are incredibly happy with our new rug. It's soft and the design is beautiful! It also arrived 6 days earlier than expected.
Rug is good looking and soft, it's 5 stars by itself. The delivery, though needs more work. I waited nearly 3 weeks for the pad. I get that its holiday season, so I hope this delivery problem is a one time thing.
Reviewing after 1 wash. exactly as pictured on the website. The rug cover is a bit on the thin side, but fits great in my 7kg washing machine.
We ordered a gorgeous rug and unfortunately there was a fault on the design. Not only did Merci Rugs respond immediately with a replacement, they also sent a personal letter and small gift to apologise. Such incredible customer service!!
The pattern is exactly as pictured. I'm super thrilled with my purchase and loving my upgraded hallway. They're a little thinner than a traditional carpet/rug, but excellent value for money. I still get that beautiful elegant look with out the big price tag. Only down side is my cat has taken to using it as a scratching pad and it's leaves pretty obvious claw marks. I wouldn't say it is cat friendly at all.
We LOVE our mercirugs. Not only do they deliver what is said about them, they look gorgeous. Any spilt liquid collects on top and the rugs feel great under foot. We purchased a large loungeroom rug & runner for the kitchen in Fleeting Spring in forest green. Highly recommend

I bought this for my rabbit's room. It's very easy to clean because it's waterproof and dirt can be easily wiped off. Haven't washed it in the washing machine yet, hope it doesn't disappoint . Recommended

Annoying to vacuum washable rugs, it is not the case the merci ! The rug does NOT lift when you vacuum & I have a powerful vac.
