The rugs I received are stunning and I’m so happy with them! I got a loungeroom rug, hall runner and received complimentary a small rug I have in my kitchen.
I ordered 2 rugs from Merci Rugs and I love them! The quality is great and they have complimented my rooms so well. Service and delivery were excellent as well. I was so happy that I have since ordered 2 more!
The rug quality was really poor. The image looked fake AI in person and there were loose threads on the corner and in the middle of the rug also. I tried to return it, but they said I had to pay for return shipping which was over $100. They also said once they inspected the rug and if they decided that it wasn’t a manufacturing fault that I would also need to pay for the shipping back to me which would be another $100 or more.
I hate this rug very much, I think it looks and feels cheap and I deeply regret buying it.
The rugs arrived promptly, questions I had were quickly answered and they wash easily and look great.

I bought this rug and was grossly disappointed with its appearance in real life. The image appears more artistic online and in real life it’s giving tacky AI. I tried to return it based on substandard image quality and thin felt like material but the company refused to cover my return shipping. All return shipping quotes I received were $100 or more. Devastated is an understatement. I hate it, and am now stuck trying to sell it.
I wasn’t sure at first as it appeared thin. But with the fitted underlay part that you get it feels quite plush. So easy to keep clean especially with dogs in the house. Looks great and not crazy expensive too.
I couldn't be happier with the quality. They are made beautifully, soft underfoot and look even better in person than online. The colours are true to the photos and they have completely transformed the look of my kitchen and laundry. The ordering process was easy, and the rugs were well packaged. Really happy with my rugs. I got two circular and one runner, and they're all gorgeous patterns with good colouration. Very comfy and perfect with the non-slip mats underneath, keeps the children safe from slipping. Plus machine washable!
